Who fits?
A qualified adult who is 100% ambulatory and can live independently — managing their own meals, bathing, dressing, and medications without staff assistance. On the returning-citizen track, the person must be age 62 or older.
How do I refer?
Submit one referral through the placement desk. A short placement check confirms preliminary fit, then qualified referrals move to full placement screening. You receive a clear response.
What does LH provide?
Non-licensed, non-medical independent housing, with a coordinated referral path and a clear placement response. We connect residents to outside community resources where appropriate.
What does LH not provide?
No medical care, nursing, personal care, medication administration, treatment, supervision, or 24-hour monitoring. We are housing only — not assisted living, a halfway house, or a treatment facility.
What is the current capacity status?

Who Can Be Referred.
Lorinthian's House provides housing only for qualified adults. The person must be 100% ambulatory, able to live independently, and manage their own activities of daily living without staff assistance. We do not provide medical care, nursing, personal care, medication administration, or 24-hour supervision.
Who may qualify
Returning citizens age 62+, veterans, 100% ambulatory adults with disabilities, and general independent adults capable of living on their own.
