How We Publish.

Official-Source-First Research

Facts trace to official, primary, and dated public sources before publication.

Dated Regulatory Information

Rules and programs carry the date they were current, because housing policy changes.

Corrections Policy

When an error is found, we correct it publicly, note the change, and date the revision.

Transparent Sourcing

Sources are listed in every factual publication so claims can be checked.

No Fabricated Statistics

We report only real, verifiable data. No invented impact numbers.

No Fabricated Testimonials

We do not publish quotes or endorsements that do not exist.

No Fabricated Partnerships

Organizations are listed as partners only when a real partnership exists.

Responsible AI Content Review

Any AI-assisted content is reviewed by a responsible human editor before publication.

Plain-Language Standard

We write so a probation officer understands in 60 seconds and a landlord is not misled.

Privacy

No confidential resident, referral, property, or bed-level data is published.

Conflicts / Disclosure

We disclose interests, including the distinction between our nonprofit and any affiliated entity.

No affiliation with Harvard or PBS is claimed or implied. These standards are internal to Lorinthian's House NC and describe how we work — they are not an endorsement or accreditation by any institution.
