We provide housing for qualified adults capable of independent living, subject to screening and applicable program criteria. We do not provide medical care, medication administration, assisted living, or 24-hour licensed supervision, and we do not claim to.

Submitting a property or a referral does not guarantee a partnership, a tenant, or a placement. We evaluate each property and referral individually. Placement is subject to screening, property fit, availability, program criteria, and applicable law.

4. Property and Referral Submissions

By submitting a property, you authorize our team to review it for a potential housing partnership. By submitting a referral, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may follow up to obtain information reasonably necessary for evaluation.

5. Confidentiality

We keep resident and referral information confidential and never publish exact resident addresses or bed-level details publicly. Information is shared only as needed to operate the network and only in appropriate ways.
