Governance & Transparency

We Publish Only What We Can Prove. Nothing More.

This page shows governance and transparency structure. It lists verified information only — board members, leadership, tax status, and financials appear when they are real and confirmed, and not before.

Transparency

Governance Areas.

Mission

Expand stable housing opportunities and turn underused residential property into productive community housing capacity.

Legal Entity

Published once the nonprofit's legal identity is verified. Lorinthian's House is its own entity.

Board

Board members are listed only when real and confirmed.

Leadership

Leadership is named only when roles actually exist and are verified.

Nonprofit Status

We state 'nonprofit organization.' 501(c)(3) is claimed only if an IRS determination letter exists.

Federal Tax-Exempt Status

Shown only when documented.

Annual Report

Published only when the operating year's real outcomes exist.

Financial Transparency / Form 990

Made available when appropriate and real.

Conflict-of-Interest Policy

A clear process for disclosing and managing conflicts.

Whistleblower / Ethics Process

A safe channel to report concerns without retaliation.

Privacy

Only necessary information is collected; confidential data is never public.

Accessibility

The site is built to be accessible, keyboard-usable, and reduced-motion compliant.

Corrections Policy

Published errors are corrected and dated.

Grievance Policy

A clear way to raise housing or service concerns.

Entity Firewall

Lorinthian's House is the Lorinthian's nonprofit. It is a separate entity from Pieces of a Dream Foundation, a different nonprofit. The two are never merged, and this site never presents them as the same organization.

No board member, EIN, IRS status, or credential is shown until it is documented and verified. Placeholder values are never used.
